1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, accessing, or using the PrompterFlow Studio application or web service at teleprompter.youin360.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and End User License Agreement ("Terms" or "EULA") provided by YouIn360 ("we", "us", or "our").
2. Ownership of Your Content (100% Creator IP)
You own 100% of your content. All text scripts, video takes, voice recordings, subtitle files (.SRT), and intellectual property you create or process within PrompterFlow Studio remain your exclusive property. We claim zero rights, title, or interest in your creative works.
3. Limited License to Use
We grant you a personal, worldwide, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use PrompterFlow Studio in accordance with these Terms. You may not reverse-engineer, decompile, redistribute, or resell the underlying source code of PrompterFlow Studio.
4. Subscriptions, In-App Purchases & Billing
PrompterFlow Studio offers premium features through auto-renewing subscriptions and one-time lifetime licenses:
- Monthly Pro Pass & Annual Pro Pass: Billed on a recurring basis. Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing cycle.
- Lifetime Founder Pass: A single one-time payment providing perpetual access to all current Pro Studio features on your supported device.
- Apple StoreKit Billing: For purchases made on iOS devices, payment is charged directly to your Apple ID account upon confirmation of purchase. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in your Apple ID Account Settings > Subscriptions.
- Refunds: In-app purchases made through the Apple App Store are subject to Apple's refund policies. To request a refund, please contact Apple Support at reportaproblem.apple.com.
5. Hardware Mirroring & Third-Party Accessories
PrompterFlow Studio includes hardware mirroring modes (horizontal flip, vertical flip, and inverted displays) engineered for standard 70/30 beam splitter teleprompter glass (such as Neewer, Glide Gear, Padcaster, or Desview). YouIn360 is not affiliated with these third-party hardware manufacturers, and users are responsible for ensuring physical hardware compatibility and safe device mounting.
6. Artificial Intelligence Services
The AI Script Assistant utilizes large language model APIs (including Google Gemini) to generate creative drafts. AI outputs are generated algorithmically and should be reviewed by the user for factual accuracy and suitability prior to publication.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability
PROMPTERFLOW STUDIO IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS, WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMISSIBLE UNDER APPLICABLE LAW, YOUIN360 SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF RECORDED MEDIA, PRODUCTION DELAYS, OR DEVICE SYSTEM INTERRUPTIONS.
8. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Portugal / European Union, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
