🎤 How do I connect the DJI Mic 2 or external wireless mics?
Plug the receiver of your DJI Mic 2 (or Rode Wireless GO) directly into your iPhone/iPad USB-C or Lightning port, or pair via Bluetooth. Once connected, open PrompterFlow Studio and click "Microphone". The app will immediately lock onto your external audio source with zero software latency.
🪞 How do I set up 70/30 Beam Splitter Hardware Glass?
Mount your phone or iPad horizontally underneath your physical teleprompter glass rig (Neewer, Glide Gear, etc.). In the Studio right sidebar, select "Mirror: Horizontal". The text will flip backward on your screen so that its optical reflection on the glass is 100% sharp and readable.
💾 Where are my recorded videos saved?
Your recordings are stored locally inside the high-speed IndexedDB Vault on your device. After recording a take, you can download the video directly to your camera roll or files with a single click, along with auto-generated .SRT subtitle files.
🔄 How do I restore my Pro subscription on a new device?
Open PrompterFlow Studio, click on the gold "Pro" badge, and select "Restore Purchases". The app will securely check your Apple ID StoreKit receipt and instantly restore your active plan with zero additional charges.
❌ How do I cancel a subscription or request a refund?
All subscriptions are handled directly by Apple for your security. To cancel, go to your iOS device: Settings > [Your Name] > Subscriptions > PrompterFlow Studio > Cancel Subscription. For refund requests, visit Apple's portal at reportaproblem.apple.com.
